You´re Good Inside

You don´t have to make yourself good, try to be good or prove your goodness. You are good because that is your nature. There is nothing in your that is not good and whole. It´s about time you remembered your own innate goodness. 
 
And nothing you ever did here on planet Earth could diminish your goodness. No mistake or -up ever make you any less good - it is who you are. 

Be kind to yourself (and embrace being human)

being human is messy, awkward, and full of hilarious -ups—You’re alive, learning, and doing your best. 
Stop trying to be perfect; it’s boring and overrated.
Instead, fall in love with your humanness. Be kind to yourself.
Laugh at your mistakes.
And know this—nothing, absolutely nothing, deserves your love more than you.
